About the website and seller

Placing an order

Before ordering, review the product description, ingredients, price and delivery terms. Provide accurate contact details and the recipient’s address. Special requests and order changes must be agreed with us before preparation. Substantial ingredient substitutions require the customer’s agreement.

Ingredients and appearance

Arrangements are handmade, so the placement of items and shades may differ slightly from the photograph. This must not reduce the agreed specifications or quality. If the recipient has allergies or dietary restrictions, check the ingredients before ordering; a photograph does not establish that a product is free from allergens.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Israeli shekels. The selected product and delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payments are processed using the methods available on the website through the relevant payment services. If a pricing error is discovered or an order cannot be fulfilled, we contact the customer to agree on the next steps.

Delivery

Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days or takes place on an agreed date. The cost is ₪50–200 depending on the city and is displayed at checkout. See the Delivery page for details.

Returns and cancellation

If a bouquet arrives spoiled or in an unpresentable condition, the customer may request a refund. Please contact us as early as possible to cancel an order. The Returns page explains how to contact us and the special rules for perishable goods. Mandatory consumer rights under Israeli law remain unaffected.

Using the website

Do not use the website for fraud, interference with its operation or infringement of others’ rights. Website text, photographs and design are protected by applicable law; uses beyond those permitted by law require the rights holder’s consent.

Personal data and applicable law

The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. Israeli law applies to our relationship with customers. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived by law. If the terms change, an existing order remains subject to the terms in force when it was placed, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
