RETURNS

If something is wrong with your bouquet

BuketIK refunds the payment if a bouquet arrives spoiled or in an unpresentable condition. This policy does not limit any other consumer rights under Israeli law.

How to contact us

Please report the problem as soon as possible after delivery: by phone or WhatsApp at 058-707-9080, or by email at buketikisrael@gmail.com. Include your order number, the purchaser’s name and a description of the issue. If possible, attach photographs of the bouquet and packaging to help us assess the situation.

Do not consume products showing signs of spoilage. Keep the packaging and agree the next steps with us; do not send perishable goods back without prior arrangement.

Refunds

After reviewing your request, we will arrange the refund. No cancellation fee is charged for a valid quality complaint; delivery and return arrangements are handled in accordance with applicable law. A replacement may be arranged with the customer’s agreement.

Cancellation and perishable goods

If your plans change, contact us as early as possible. Whether an order can be cancelled depends on the stage of preparation and the type of product. Special cancellation rules apply by law to perishable products and goods made to a customer’s individual requirements. This does not remove the right to complain about spoilage, damage or goods that do not match the order.
